All cameras are in operation 24 hours a day and seven days a week, they are located throughout the school which includes the entrance gate and the outdoor area.
Fire Hazard Safety
All floors are equipped with wet and dry fire extinguishers as well as a fire hose if an emergency was to arise. The basement is covered with water sprinklers in the event of a fire where all safety measures are certified..
We have taken extreme measures when it comes to children’s safety by installing beam detectors of the periphery of our school to ensure that know intruder can access our premises without being noticed. Each area is also covered by CCTV cameras which are on view 24 hours a day located in our guard box which will indicate to the guards if an intruder has entered our premises and also the intruder’s exact location.
Our transport facility is safe and secure for all children aged 2 years and above. The bus is fitted with GPRS, it is limited to a 40 MPH speed limit, it is fully air conditioned and there will always be sufficient maids/teachers on board throughout the children’s journey.
Our webcam facility is provided to all parents on request, the parents can only view the class room their child is present in and the sleeping area their child may sleep in if applicable. The reason why we only provided the child’s class room is because not all parents will appreciate other parents viewing their child if they are not based in the same class room.
All staff members are issued with an ID and an access key; both ID card and access key are signed to each staff member with a unique number/code for identification. The access key enables the staff to access certain doors which lead to the children’s class rooms and activity areas within the School; this system also prevents visitors from accessing those particular areas where children are present without permission.
All maids, housekeeping, guards and drivers are employed through a repudiated company/agency. The agency goes through a strict process to make sure all staff are suitable for the School standards and most importantly for the maids and housekeeping to be able to handle the children appropriately. This process involves; checking their home background, experience with in the same field, references from previous employers and finally training them to today’s standards.
